Language & Literacy
Stories, rhymes, conversations, phonics, vocabulary, pre-writing activities and early reading readiness.
At THE KiDS, children learn best when they are curious, active, happy and involved. Our play-based preschool curriculum turns everyday experiences into meaningful learning opportunities.
The early years are a time of discovery. Children learn by touching, moving, talking, listening, creating, asking questions and trying things for themselves.
Our play-based preschool curriculum is designed around these natural ways of learning. Every activity has a purpose — from building fine motor skills with hands-on activities to developing language through stories, rhymes and conversations.
We don't simply teach children what to learn. We encourage them to discover why and how things work.
Every classroom experience is designed to take children one step further in their learning journey.
Children learn naturally through games, toys, stories, pretend play, music and hands-on activities.
Children touch, observe, experiment, ask questions and discover the world around them.
Activities help children build language, numeracy, motor, cognitive and social skills.
Children gradually develop confidence, independence, creativity and a love for lifelong learning.
Our preschool curriculum supports the whole child — intellectually, physically, socially, emotionally and creatively.
Stories, rhymes, conversations, phonics, vocabulary, pre-writing activities and early reading readiness.
Numbers, counting, shapes, patterns, sorting, matching, comparisons and early mathematical thinking.
Art, craft, colouring, music, dance, movement and imaginative play encourage children to express themselves.
Puzzles, problem-solving, observation, memory games and hands-on exploration build thinking skills.
Fine and gross motor activities help children develop coordination, balance, strength and hand control.
Children learn sharing, cooperation, communication, empathy, patience and respectful behaviour.
Everyday responsibilities encourage children to make choices, try independently and become confident learners.
Good habits, cleanliness, kindness, manners, routines, responsibility and respect are part of everyday learning.
Our activities become progressively more structured as children grow, while keeping play and exploration at the heart of learning.
A gentle first step into the world of school, helping children become comfortable, curious and confident in a group environment.
Children begin developing stronger communication, early literacy, numeracy and social skills through active learning.
Children strengthen their academic readiness while continuing to learn through activities, stories, games and experiences.
Children prepare for the next stage of school with stronger academic foundations, communication skills and independence.
At THE KiDS, children don't learn only from books or worksheets. They learn when they build, paint, sing, dance, talk, observe, experiment and play with their friends.
Our teachers plan meaningful experiences around children's interests and developmental needs, allowing them to discover the theory behind every practical experience.

THE KiDS follows a play-based, activity-oriented preschool curriculum designed for children aged approximately 2–6 years. Learning combines classroom activities, stories, music, art, movement, hands-on experiences and age-appropriate academic concepts.
No. Our approach focuses on the overall development of the child. Along with early literacy and numeracy, children develop motor skills, communication, creativity, confidence, independence, social skills and emotional awareness.
Play gives young children opportunities to explore, communicate, experiment, solve problems and practise new skills in a natural and enjoyable way. At THE KiDS, play is an important part of the learning process rather than a separate activity.
THE KiDS offers preschool programmes including Play Group, Nursery, Junior KG and Senior KG, generally covering children between 2 and 6 years of age.
